William and Amy Strong opened Strong Insurance Services in 2002 to bring honest, face-to-face insurance to Crossville and the families across the Cumberland Plateau. More than two decades later, that's still exactly what we do — only now from two offices, in Crossville and down on the lake in Celina.
As an independent agency, we aren't tied to a single company. We're a proud Erie Insurance agent, and we also represent six other carriers — so we shop the market and put you with the coverage that actually fits, not the one a quota says you should buy.
Most of our new clients come from a neighbor's recommendation, often over a fence or in the church parking lot. That's the way we like it. We want to be your insurance friend — the person you call when you buy the boat, add a teen driver, or open the shop.
